Jane’a Reaves started 1610 Joyful Care Services as a heartfelt tribute to her grandmother, Kathryn Joy. Kathryn’s home at 1610 was more than just a place it was the heart of family gatherings, filled with warmth and love. Inspired by her grandmother’s caring spirit and the joy she spread to everyone around her, Jane’a wanted to carry forward this legacy of love and compassion.
